In this project, we were tasked with the creation of two modern contemporary homes on two signature blocks which both were aggressively sloped (around 60 degrees) overlooking lakes entrance bays. There are generous zoned outdoor entertaining area’s accessed through wide sliding doors with views of the bays included with a floating horizon pool as the main feature. The project also features zoned internal living with superior master suites.

Maximum views of bays are obtained with picture viewing windows which provide maximum horizon views and natural light and airflow to the living areas.
